An 18 carat gold ring with open set rose cut diamonds and closed set calibré cabochon turquoises with a tiny rose cut diamond incrusted in between the turquoises and a little black enamel detail between the diamonds, at its heart a cushion cut diamond, all in the most wonderful workmanship! France, 19th century.
